It's not gourmet but it's got most of the groceries and provisions you need. Open until 10pm, closed on Sundays. If you have dietary restrictions or would like fancier feast than we recommend hitting up somewhere larger in Vegas or St George before you get into Kanab.
Kanab liquor store...conveniently located right next to the police "station". Open til 7pm, closed on Sundays. A decent selection, but also the only spot in town so if they don't have what you want there's nowhere else to find it. Don't expect to find anything natural or small batch hereWe recommend stocking up in Vegas before you cross into Utah.
Drug store for all your (legal) pharmaceutical needs. Kind of like a CVS but with a gift shop beautiful gift shop and an old fashioned soda fountain with fresh sandwiches, pizza and ice cream!

Sego is by far the best food in town. There aren't a lot of options to begin with, but this really is the best. The food is delicious not just for Kanab, but for anywhere. .
Peekaboo Wood Fired Kitchen has pizzas, pastas, salads, and a whole bunch of other stuff. It's all very yummy. EVERYTHING here is vegetarian or vegan!
Wild Thyme has a slow roasted Jamaican jerk pork bowl we can't resist. It's called Tropical Piggy, of course. You can also find impossible burgers, burgers burgers, fish tacos, salads, grilled trout, etc etc. It's all pretty tasty! The ambiance inside is pretty bad so we suggest sitting on the patio.
